Requesting an appointment

Payments & Fees:

All in Counseling, LLC does accept insurance including Medicaid see In-Network list below.
Before scheduling your first appointment with us, we will check your benefits and be sure to communicate any fees as to prevent any surprises the day of your appointment.  If we are Out of Network with your insurance we will gladly prepare a superbill for you to be reimbursed our cash pay rate from your insurance. 


Current In-Network insurances accepted:


  • Anthem BCBS Private and Medicaid
  • Wellcare
  • Passport



If not utilizing your insurance, our cash pay rate is $125/ hour session. Checks, cash and credit cards are accepted.
All copays and fees are due at time of service.


Court Fees Policy:

Clients will be required to make a deposit of $700 for any court appearances required for therapists. Deposit must be paid before court date.


Records Request Policy:
There will be an administrative fee of $100 for record requests. Clients or parents will need to complete a records request form.
